Mrs. Santa let me have some funds to start on my German Navy.
After picking up the fleet box, I've got the two big boats built. Next, the schnellboats.
(I've probably got the guns in the wrong position, and the flakboat had extraparts I wasn't sure where they went... but, if it floats, it boats!)

I currently play: Bolt Action, Warlords of Erehwon, and Cruel Seas
occasionally Blood and Plunder, Armada, and whatever strikes my fancy
The one downside to this release that I've found is that they didn't fill the sprues with enough options as Warlord is usually want to do.
Instead you have just enough weapons on the sprue to make the S-38 as the card states, but the S-100 has to have the Quad 20mm in the stern instead of the 37. But, heck, that's a LOT of dice coming out of the stern of the S-100.

Agree. If they had put the 37mm on the sprue they would have sold twice as many sprues. I know I would have bought two sets just to have the options.
