Battlefront’s Event Organizer
So, the old way we found out about events is over, I assume smoke signals and town criers were not cutting it, so the folks from Battlefront created the Battlefront Events website which is located This new site is a great one-stop shop for all of your events needs.
You can access the site to find events broken down by month and game, so both Flames of War and Team Yankee are represented here.
Once you see an event you are interested in just click the link and it takes you to a page with all the details you need to know about it. You can do this on the calendar or on the sidebar.
Here we have an event run by Ben Alphabet Ivancza taking place in Pittsburgh in February.
If you are an event organizer you will have to sign up for an account which is easy and has to be approved by the moderator. To add an event just click on the “Add New Event” link. I tried it out to add our Team Yankee narrative event taking place in March.
Then add all your info, make sure you answer all of the mandatory info and set the time to the local time zone.
Click Submit and it will be added to the calendar once someone approves it.
Easy as adding it on Facebook or any other site and it has all the key links you will need to create your force. This is a great tool and I am sure you will enjoy using it.
