The way was described the List Building, is not accepted on FoW ETC’s.
In the ETC Rules Pack the is the following:
“- Players must use a single book and nationality for formations and formation support. Up to 1
core black background unit as support from another book of the same nation or an allowed
allied nation book may be chosen. Allied formations are not allowed”
Thank you for the feedback. I’m sure the US ETC team will follow those rules. I would prefer it to be more simple.
